Room Rate: Inclusive of complimentary breakfast and parking.

Payment Policy: All payments will be made on arrival unless otherwise requested. Although we will pre-authorise your tariff 48 hours before arrival. In the instance, you cancel the booking within 48 hours of arrival, only the first night’s tariff will be charged. The balance amount will be immediately released and should reflect in the bank account in 5-10 working days. We accept all cards except American Express.

Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise stated, your credit card details are held as a guarantee against your booking. You may cancel your booking free of any charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date. After this time, the first night’s tariff will be charged in full and we reserve the right to release your reservation for resale. In giving us your credit card details, you confirm agreement to these terms and conditions.

Access: Given the historic nature of the building, there is no elevator to take you to the upper floors.

Parking: We offer one free parking per room at the premises. Although this will be at your own risk and we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred. 

Children: We have no facilities for small children; older children are welcome to book into our rooms on an adult basis. 

Smoking: St Andrews is a non-smoking hotel. A £100 fee will be charged if found doing so. You may smoke at the designated smoking area out at the front and back of the property.

Damages: The card you confirm to us on arrival will be used to settle all additional costs billed to your room during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your card for any items taken but not declared and for any damage to the room or specialist cleaning needed as a consequence of your stay.

Lost Key Charge: In the instance where a key is lost by the guest, there is a charge of £50.

Wi-Fi: This is free.

Pets: We don’t permit pets.
